Location

This is a hybrid remote/in-person role with a required 1-2 days/week working in the office.
Occasional interstate travel for conferences and sales development (up to 3x/quarter) will be required.

Requirements

  • A passion for sustainability
  • 3+ years of product sales, B2B, or other related experience
  • CRM experience - such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification
  • Experience and comfort communicating via phone, email, video conferencing, and other new account development activities.
  • Previous roles with leadership and sales development responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Utilize our e-commerce platform, CRM, and collaboration tools to manage your pipeline
  • Cultivate relationships with our customers to better understand their needs and requirements
  • Become the product expert to educate our customers with in-person and online demos of our products
  • Empower and excite our customers about their purchase and actively close deals
  • Build relationships with channel partners such as furniture dealers
  • Support and lead the sales team and related projects for pipeline development, sales operations, and e-commerce sales
  • Be responsible for a weekly report on sales activity, pipeline, revenue, and customer wins/loses
  • Communicate with marketing and product support to provide feedback on continual improvement opportunities and proposed strategies to drive efficiencies in the business

Compensation:

This is a full time role with compensation offered is $70,000-$80,000 depending on your experience. There is currently no commission-based compensation.
